Each bag is handmade and I work hard to make sure each bag is constructed with care and quality. But things happen, the thread fails and zippers break when we stuff our bags too full.They get wet and muddy, drug over rocks and logs, they get poked by branches… So what ever happens to your bag I will replace or repair it at minimal or no cost to you other than shipping.

If it’s my fault it’s free.

If it’s your fault it’s just parts and labor.
