Each bag is custom made to your specifications. So lead time may vary depending on availably of materials. Expect 3-6 weeks for the finished bag to get to you.

Very few things are truly water proof, but our bags are highly water resistant. If you are worried or live in an extremely wet climate I would use a some kind of DWR coating, but only once when I put a wet tent in my frame bag did the material get soaked from the inside out.
